The Possessive Katana in containment

To establish a contract with the item, one must hold its handle and meet the item in their consciousness. The time in an individual's consciousness is faster than in reality. Once the contract is made, the individual's body will be covered in black tattoos, and their eyes will turn black and red until the contract ends. The individual will let go of the item's handle if the contract's obligations are not fulfilled.

What each party offers always differs based on the holder's situation and the item's desire, which would be different based on the holder's situation. Building a contract where the item is highly restrained to avoid casualties to the Insurgency is crucial, as it is not yet entirely under control. Keep in mind that using the item for power can be dangerous.

The abilities granted through the contract will be related to body enhancements and magical powers, and the timing of when the individual gains these powers is based on what was discussed and agreed upon in the contract. The abilities will be granted for a limited time, also determined by the contract. Once both parties fulfill the contract, a new one can be established.

To all personnel making a deal with the item: All options must chosen carefully as the item will always try to find a loophole in the contract to do what it desires if we are building a contract for a hostile reason, which could result in many casualties.

It is advised that lawyers be sent to ensure that an individual can gain as much control over the item as possible. Access to the item is only granted by 2 Researchers and 2 Military Officers with Gamma Rank.

Hold the item's handle, meet it in your consciousness, and form a contract. Time in an individual's consciousness is faster than time in reality, as once an agreement is made, the individual's body will be covered by black tattoos, and the eyes will become black and red until the contract is over. If not, the individual will only stop touching the item's handle.

During the safest usage cases, the item may start making demands, but there will be no casualties since these deals are unrelated to fighting or killing. The item will only request a host to use, and the host will return with no physical or mental wounds. It's important to note that for whatever the item gives in return, there should be no more requests than what it has offered, as this may cause it to become angry and decline.

In many cases, the item will be interested in visiting areas either in this realm or in other realms, and so for that to happen, a body must make a portal and cross it. As reported by Agent Acharya Rakesh, The Sword did nothing hostile, just observing areas and beings that are from different species; the item banned Agent Acharya Rakesh from saying or leading anyone to where they went if the location is not in this realm or if it is something in a none human reach. As far as we know from agent Acharya Rakesh, "The item had been going into areas where humans cannot get into, one of them was the Egyptian Pyramids as The item entered them for reasons that cannot be exposed, and one of its most famous visits to certain areas were Bermuda Triangle" as nothing was exposed from agent Acharya Rakesh about what is there. There were no reported casualties. The item had been giving visits to other groups that the Insurgency either considers enemies, business partners, or allies, such as The United Nations Global Occult Coalition, The Serpent's Hand, The SCP Foundation and many other groups that we are not aware of.

The item may also exchange information related to World Ending Class Scenarios, enemies of the Insurgency, or items in our control. There have been no reported casualties in these cases.

Playing games is one of the things that the item enjoys. Sports, video games, and sometimes old games.

Sometimes, the item would want a host to eat and drink; it doesn't require meals or drinks, but it enjoys them. Accepting these offers for the item will grant more power and extend the use time; it is all based on the kind of meals and drinks it will get. No casualties were reported.

Note: Making these kinds of deals with the item does not cause any casualties; instead, the Insurgency benefits more, as the item grants higher benefits when compared to using it for any hostile reason.

Report:

Reports about the item started in Hiroshima, Japan, after a bunch of reports of a massacre where a sword user killed people non-restless for days without the need to eat or drink or sleep, close to [REDACTED] Church. The user was found in a fight against the police using a power that is out of any human's imagination. Later, when the fight was out of the police's control, the fight was left to agents from The SCP Foundation and agents from The United Nations Global Occult Coalition. For some reason, The item ended its control over its host without giving the host any abilities. The host ended up crying, throwing the sword away, and getting arrested by agents from the SCP foundation, while Agent ████████ immediately took the item and escaped with his team.

The [REDACTED] church disappeared mysteriously when the item was ultimately out of there by an unknown range.

The first meeting between the item and the Chaos Insurgency's personnel occurred during agent Akira Daido's escape in a helicopter during its capture Mission. When he grabbed the item's handle and met it, he made a contract with the item in order for The Insurgency to have a meeting with it for a specific price.
(Contract info is written in ADC-Document)

The powers granted to Akira Daido related to Immortality, Increase of Speed, Increase of Endurance, Improvement of body Regeneration Speed to an extent where a lost limb could regenerate, Resurrection from Death, and Teleportation. (To any area. Even in other realms)
Note: Any power granted is always for temporary use; the use time ends when the contract timeline ends. The contract timeline is always based on what is agreed upon between the host and the item. Other abilities are given by the item that was not reported to the Insurgency as the hosts were banned from speaking about them.

Containment Procedures:

The item is contained in a storage room. One door is the entrance and exit. Six guards must be present at all times. Guards should check the room from the inside every 24 hours. Access to observe/study/check the item when it's not used requires granted permission from 2 Researchers, 1 Usage Specialist, and 1 Security Officer with Delta Rank. If anything unusual happens, they must report immediately to all Security and Military Officers at Base Eight. Upon breach of the item, Item Acquisition Operative Personnel must be informed along with everyone in or around base eight.

When the item is not in use for a month. It will start giving temptations to others to form a contract with it. Individuals will start hearing voices telling them that whatever they desire will be granted for a price that includes the absolutely impossible. Sometimes, other people who weren't seen in the Insurgency will be present to give the offers; features from every person's description are different, and cameras cannot detect those who spread temptations. If all of the temptations are completely refused for a long time, on the 30th day after the start of the temptation, personnel will start fighting to get the item immediately; the contract that they will make will have too many disadvantages as they will be lost in Greed and Lust and won't choose everything carefully, which would lead to a containment breach.

The item's effects don't only affect humans but also other humanoid beings, entities, and anomalies that are capable of reasoning.

Extra Report:

Personnel reported seeing a black humanoid figure when they used any kind of technology that had a camera or X-ray. The body that is seen is not the host's body, as if the body disappeared and was replaced by black humanoid smoke, which was also reported ████████ after the interview with the item. Personnel claims that the fighting style used is impossible to copy or follow.

Hosts' Reports:

Agent Akira reported feeling a massive surge of power as if something was moving through his veins. It allowed him to be immune to diseases, not feel pain, destroy anything he desired, and fight entities and anomalies, which ended up with victory.
Personnel report seeing a dark figure standing behind Agent Akira Daido's body, grabbing him by his shoulders; the dark figure only was seen by any camera present toward Akira Daido. Akira claimed that he didn't feel that there was someone's hand on his shoulder. The dark figure disappeared when the contract was over.
The case for Agent Acharya was different, as there was no dark humanoid figure behind his back, but his body disappeared on cameras and turned into a black figure during the item's control until the contract was over. No power was granted to Agent Acharya.
