Usage
Object is a "Kill-Grade I" biological weapon for the infection and deceasing of 80-120 individuals after a period of approximately 1 week. The item may be deployed shortly, and quickly retrieved for the simple purpose of releasing spores within rival facilities, though it has directly attacked rival personnel before.
Report
The item is a sapient and sentient female human, approximately 107 years of age of unknown descent due to significant decay. The item appears to be suffering from multiple pathogenic fungi, bacteria and viruses such as ringworm, however, it has displayed significant resistance and adaptation to all pathogens it has been exposed to. The item is wearing a robe and hood, both comprised of black cloth and polyester.
It's 'eyes' are rather hollowed out, with its nose significantly decayed to the point where the septum is completely lost, along with a black fluid with low viscosity produced instead of saliva. The fluid is reported to contain fungi of an unknown genus.
The item has relatively quick movement and is capable of releasing pathogenic fungal spores of an unknown genus. The spores are dispersed approximately every three days. The spores do not seem to be controlled by the item, nor the bacteria and viruses the item harbors.
The containment cell is to be sterilized twice a week to prevent significant fungal growth. Handlers must go through sterilization before and after contact with the item and/or its containment cell. Religious objects have proven to repel the item from attacking personnel, though it is often cooperative.
Appendix A (Origin)
The item was reported to have first appeared within ██████ baptist church, and had then immediately entered multiple churches within the city, intentionally infecting and attacking high-ranking individuals within the churches, particularly priests and bishops, and has even taken the role of a baptist in some cases. Despite it's infectiousness, infants and children baptized by the item did not contract any disease.

Welcome, insurgent.
The symbol above may or may not be familiar to you. It is indeed a cicada. The organization known as "Cicada 3301" has devised multiple highly difficult puzzles for the purpose of seeking out intelligent individuals.
They were curious as to what would happen if the puzzle was solved.
That is an aspect to intelligence, an aspect to discovery.
The Chaos Insurgency believes that the unknown has the right to the people. The world must know in order to adapt and defend against threats. With absolutely no knowledge of the greatest
threats to mankind, our extinction will be inevitable. The entire world is constantly threatened by the
possibility of destruction.
Yes, we are behind Cicada 3301.
We could no longer draw recruits from rival organizations, so we have created this test. Knowing a new portion of the capabilities of reality is considered a form of enlightenment. Introduction to the impossible is your epiphany.
