Usage

Item usage in non-testing conditions is restricted to being used as an intel acquisition supplement on POW type personnel for advanced knowledge regarding information on GOI class subjects and organizations.

Item is to be kept within its initial wooden container and is to be locked within an additional 50cm3 soundproofed container constructed of reinforced steel measuring no fewer than 8cm thick. The latter containment mechanism is to be equipped with a six-digit numerical combination lock. Combinations are to be reset on a bi-weekly basis. Information regarding the combinations is restricted to Beta class personnel and above; providing the combination to unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited. Offenders of this procedure are to be reprimanded according to the severity of the outcome.

Due to the nature of the Item, physical interaction is only to be authorized to Sigma and POW personnel with at least two Beta class personnel present to provide supervision during experimentation. Any attempt of interaction with Item by personnel other than those previously stated is strictly prohibited and is to be stopped at all costs unless specifically instructed otherwise (See Appendix CII-2588-A).

Report

Item is a dark brown hardcover journal measuring 13.93cm (w) x 21.59cm (h) with an approximated 480 pages and is equipped with a leather protective jacket. Neither book nor jacket reflect any apparent exceptional qualities. The front cover and spine feature the title "The Memoirs of Pollux Plageman". Located above the title on the front cover is a wax stamp representing a bird which bears no known extraordinary properties highly extraordinary properties which immediately transfer the documented text within the book into the subjects brain upon contact with the subject. As a result of this, all knowledge and thoughts unique to the person in contact with the crest are then documented within the book. Knowledge regarding the species of the bird is currently unknown, though it is believed to represent the Plagemans' family insignia.

What is the item? What does it look like? What's the size? What does it do? Is there something we should be aware of? What are its anomalous properties? How'd we find it? When? How do we store the item safely? How do we protect it?

The Report portion should describe the item, provide the protocols for storing it, etc.
